Your mission
Join PayFit's Talent Acquisition team as a trilingual TA Specialist (FR / EN / ES) to own full-cycle hiring for both Tech Engineering and high-volume Go to Market roles (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) across France, Spain, and the UK.
You'll work as a true TA partner to hiring managers across three markets — building pipelines, challenging assumptions, and delivering a best in class candidate experience. Beyond recruitment, you'll contribute to TA team projects that make our recruiting function more efficient and will free up time to support your candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities
Full-cycle hiring across 3 markets 🇫🇷🇪🇸🇬🇧
Own end-to-end recruitment for IC and Manager-level roles across France, Spain, and the UK - from the hiring manager's internal request to the signed offer.
You master full-cycle recruitment from A to Z. You know how to build a sourcing strategy from scratch, facilitate structured interviews, and close a compelling offer. You take full ownership of quality across every stage of the hiring process until closing.
You'll manage a dual scope:
👉 Tech role: Backend, Frontend, Data, Platform
👉 Go To Market roles: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing teams
Stakeholder management & candidate experience
Act as a strategic hiring partner to managers across three markets. You challenge scope when the role isn't clear enough in terms of expectations, share market data proactively, align on expectations early, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience from first message to onboarding handover.
→ You build trust through data, transparency, and direct communication. You manage up when needed, push back with market evidence, and protect the candidate experience even when the process gets messy.
TA team projects, IA and continuous improvement
Contribute to TA team initiatives beyond your own process — process improvements, ATS optimization, tooling rollouts, or employer branding projects. You bring a structured, project-oriented mindset to teamwork and explore how IA can streamline our process.
This role is for you if...
You are based in Barcelona or can easily come to the office
You have 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally across both tech and Go to Market profiles
You are fluent in French, English, and Spanish and can run a full hiring process end-to-end in all three languages
You've built your own sourcing strategies
You're comfortable with an ATS (Teamtailor or equivalent)
You're data-driven: using data to drive conversations and decisions, not just to report upward
You're organized under pressure
You're genuinely coachable
