Our recruitment process includes several steps.
1) First, a discovery call with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to assess your fit with the role and our way of working.
2) Next, you'll meet your potential manager to discuss your vision, challenges, and integration into the team.
3) You'll then complete a case study or live exercise where your results and reasoning will be evaluated.
4) Optionally, you might meet with a director to reflect on your interest in joining our team.

Although application timelines can vary due to various factors, our goal is to inform you within 7 days if we’ll be moving forward with your application. From there, our recruiters will let you know during the phone interview what to expect and will provide updates on timing throughout the process.
