Starting date: ASAP
Objective: As a Salesforce Administrator / Business System Analyst, you will play a key role in advanced configuring a performant, optimized, business-centric org, automating complex business processes, and managing integrations with our other tools. This role requires strong technical expertise along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive both platform adoption and business value.
Responsibilities:
Lead the setup, advanced configuration and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce org
Maintain platform stability, security, and technical health in alignment with evolving business needs
Design and execute large-scale data migrations and manipulations, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance
Perform complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and implement robust solutions to prevent recurring issues, including integrations with other tools.
Collaborate and communicate directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
Promote configuration and development changes through a CI/CD-enabled deployment pipeline, following version control best practices and collaborating with the team to ensure safe, traceable, and reliable releases.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce, ideally in both admin and developer capacities.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce declarative capabilities
Good knowledge of Apex/LWC is a plus
2 or more certifications (excluding “Associate” certification)
Experience in large data migrations/manipulations and integration projects.
Experience with CI/CD deployment pipelines and version control.
Excellent communication skills in English; French is a plus
AI literacy a plus, proven desire of testing and learning with AI a must
A strong commitment to excellence and consistently going the extra mile to build long-term, scalable solutions aligned with best practices
Proven ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset for reaching out to and collaborating with other teams and stakeholders across different departments
Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision
