  • Our recruitment process includes several steps. 

    1) First, a discovery call with a Talent Acquisition Specialist to assess your fit with the role and our way of working. 

    2) Next, you'll meet your potential manager to discuss your vision, challenges, and integration into the team. 

    3) You'll then complete a case study or live exercise where your results and reasoning will be evaluated. 

    4) Optionally, you might meet with a director to reflect on your interest in joining our team.

  • Although application timelines can vary due to various factors, our goal is to inform you within 7 days if we’ll be moving forward with your application. From there, our recruiters will let you know during the phone interview what to expect and will provide updates on timing throughout the process.

  • Our onboarding process is designed to welcome new hires and integrate them into our culture. We start with a welcome breakfast, assign you a buddy for support, and provide orientation sessions, including training on our tools and processes. You'll meet team members, key stakeholders, and attend sessions with department  to learn about their missions. Additionally, you'll participate in global onboarding sessions to connect with various leaders across the company.
