The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join our UK Sales team. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the UK, selling a high-value, mission-critical solution to HR and Finance leaders. You know how to run a deal from discovery to close — and you’re fluent in MEDDICC, value-based selling, and stakeholder management.
What You'll Do
- 🧭 Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for upper-SMB opportunities
- 💬 Lead strategic discovery conversations with HR, Finance, and C-level decision-makers
- 🧠 Apply MEDDICC methodology to rigorously qualify opportunities, build champions, and close deals
- 🤝 Work cross-functionally with SDRs, Sales Enablement and Marketing to build pipeline and deliver value
- 📊 Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene in Salesforce
- 📈 Contribute to continuous sales process improvement as we scale in the UK
What We're Looking For
- 2-3+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience (SMB or mid-market)
- Deep understanding and proven use of MEDDICC (or similar qualification frameworks)
- Strong communication and presentation skills — you can tailor messaging to multiple stakeholders
- A consultative, value-led sales approach focused on solving real business problems
- Experience selling to HR and/or Finance personas is a plus
- Comfortable selling in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment
