We’re looking for someone who has a strong track record in Paid Search and Video advertising, is data-driven, and understands how to engage users across the funnel in order to provide them with the best experience.
The focus of this role will be on Acquisition’s team. We’re looking for someone who understands the payroll challenges faced by our key personas (entrepreneurs, HR managers, and finance managers) and how these pain points influence their decision-making process when evaluating and choosing payroll solutions like PayFit for their business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with PayFit's ambitious revenue goals and marketing OKRs
Run large, successful direct-response Search campaigns across multiple markets and languages on both Google & Microsoft Ads
Run video campaigns on YouTube, Demand Gen and Performance Max for both performance and brand awareness campaigns
Own the A/B testing process across landing pages, ad copy, extensions and video content to constantly improve campaign efficiency
Contribute to the overall Business strategy within the Paid Media team, from forecasting, to planning, to delivery
Create and maintain reporting dashboards and weekly/monthly reports, along with contributing to wider team-based plans, presentations, and updates
Proactively look for both tactical and strategic optimisation opportunities, and translate this into campaign delivery
Make full use of automation solutions available, implementing processes and practices that maximise operational efficiencies like implementing Google Ads Scripts
Collaborate with ad platform partners (Google, Microsoft, etc.) to scale innovation and stay at the forefront of paid search trends
Contribute to team rituals and analysis / researches into business customer behaviours, in a way that is instrumental to improve the performance of campaigns going forward
Transform single pieces of content into multiple high-impact formats tailored to your channel
Partner with internal Web, Marketing Ops, and Analytics teams to improve capabilities across tracking and measurement
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in paid search in the B2B SaaS space or fintech/financial services background
Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact through full-funnel demand generation campaigns
A data-driven mindset that continuously optimizes for better performance, leveraging funnel analysis and conversion optimization ; comfortable working with with tools such as Looker, Hubspot, Google Sheets, Pigment
Have experience creating, amending and implementing Google Ads Scripts
Excellent project management skills, capable of juggling multiple campaigns while maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities: you can develop the vision and roll up your sleeves to make it happen
Understanding of how Search fits into the user journey alongside other channels (Paid Social, Affiliates & SEO)
Experience with bid management and automation tools
Passionate about digital marketing
Are proactive and able to prioritise projects on impact with a low-level of supervision
Adaptable and creative, thriving in a fast-paced environment and unafraid to try new approaches, always seeking to "Raise the Bar"
