The position is based in Paris in our offices.
Position Overview
Your mission is to act as a day-to-day support and be part of Sales' successes, supporting the acquisition strategy and help the teams increase productivity. To ensure that PayFit's growth is scalable and sustainable, we need to transform and optimize our acquisition model. This transformation is part of PayFit's medium and long-term strategy and the Sales Ops team has a key role to play. You will have a great exposure to leadership, strategic decisions and team structure.
You will be the key interlocutor between marketing and sales ensuring that both teams work in sync to maximize revenue potential
Key responsibilities
Process & business insights collection
In this role, the focus is on monitoring market dynamics across various geographic clusters, providing valuable insights that shape both sales and marketing strategies. By analyzing win-loss data, the role helps identify key factors behind successful deals, enabling the team to refine its approach. Additionally, the role involves developing a robust sales scoring framework for inbound and outbound deals, allowing for prioritized lead management based on clear criteria.
Sales practices
Establishing standardized sales practices is another core responsibility, with a focus on defining activity levels, pipeline management, and responsiveness to ensure consistency across the team. Finally, optimizing prospecting efforts is achieved by building a tailored hunt framework that incorporates AI-driven initiatives, automation, and customization, significantly enhancing outreach efficiency and conversion rates. Through these combined efforts, the role aims to drive a streamlined, data-informed approach to business development.
Data
As a business partner, you will act as a compass for the sales leaders in France, United Kingdom and Spain through proactive analysis and frequent business reviews. You will focus on the business monitoring through in-depth analytical reviews of our new revenue generation. Your outstanding analytical skills will help to deep-dive into the root causes of our under/overperformance in our different business lines by overlooking the whole sales funnel. Our team defines and improves KPI monitoring by adjusting data tables with the Data team and developing tools (dashboard, reports, presentations) to enable Sales, Marketing & Finance teams tracking sales activities to business results.

Qualifications :
- You have a first experience in an analytical role or project manager role (Analyst, Consultant, Finance roles, etc.)
- You speak English fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment
- You are a real team player with strong interpersonal skills who wants to interact with different stakeholders and departments in the company
- You are an autonomous, self-motivated and organized person.
- You are a strong problem solver and a data lover
- You are familiar with some or all of the following tools (or eager to learn them): Google Sheet, Looker, Salesforce / Hubspot or any CRM
