The position is based in Barcelona.

Position Overview :

Your role : build from scratch the best payroll solution ever designed in Spain

1️⃣ Your role is to build the best HR and Payroll solution for the Spanish market.
2️⃣ You will use our “in-house” development tool (JetLang) and you will be able to directly impact the design, prioritization and development of the product;
3️⃣ You will work together with our amazing product team and you will have a high level of autonomy.
4️⃣ The position is based within our Spanish team in Barcelona, with a possibility to work from any location as we offer a “work from anywhere” policy for more flexibility and fulfillment.

Your missions:

- Integrate with our programming language developed “in-house” (JetLang) the local social laws and collective agreements from Spain in our platform;

- Build and develop the product for Spain from discovery to delivery, in close collaboration with the global team;

- Keep up to date the product according to the evolution of the Spanis law;

- Create and manage the links between the thousands of variables that make up the intelligence of the system;

- Draw the most efficient and intuitive user paths possible;

- Automate social declarations and other internal processes to gain scalablility.

- You have 3-5 years of experience in digital product development, with hands-on experience.
- Programming skills in JavaScript and Python.
- Eager to contribute to UX, design, and product management.
- Excellent at collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Thrive in fast-paced, intellectually challenging environments.
- Proactive, autonomous, with a curious and innovative spirit.

Extra points if:

- You have experience in product design;
- Low code is a plus

1. Interview with a recruiter - 30 Min

2. Interview with the Product Builder Team Lead - 45 Min

3. Technical interview with PB team - 75 Min

4. Interview with the Product Director Spain- 30min
