The position is based in BARCELONA.
Position Overview :
We are looking to hire a Sales Enablement, focused on Spain & UK countries, reporting directly to our Sales Enablement Manager.
The Sales Enablement area’s mission is to transform Sales into top performers and trustworthy advisors delivering delightful selling experiences by growing their skills through onboarding, training, tooling & knowledge sharing.
We work across our sales organization (Sales Development Representative, Account Executives, Sales Account Managers) to identify and deliver training initiatives to upskill Sales & Product knowledge.
Key responsibilities :
The role includes:
- Collecting insights from the field to identify gaps in sales skills and payroll/product knowledge.
- Acting as a payroll expert to create value around PayFit's product differentiators, including market trends, competitor positioning, and prospect behavior.
- Acting as a coach by delivering impactful training programs (sales pitch, skills, payroll, market environment, and product mastery) leveraging internal experts & your sales experience.
- Being the point of contact with the Product marketing & Marketing team to train our team on product news & marketing lists.
What you will work on concretely:
- Upgrade & update the AE & SDR Sales Playbook
- Make sure sales teams has the right execution & identify productivity opportunities
- Prepare all call sessions with marketing & SDR managers / directors
- Design and update prospect-facing assets (features, offers, personas, demo account) closely with Product Marketing
- In charge of the weekly mastering programme aiming at the upskilling of our Sales team, based on their seniority level
- Create a payroll, product & market training programme to make the team more senior
- Coach our AE through 1:1 meeting & Modjo platform on their sales skills
- Create & update existing knowledge base on Notion, Kahoot & 360Learning
- Launch new projects to ensure learning retention and impact on Sales performance
Qualifications :
+3 years of experience in Sales (closing is mandatory) or Enablement
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proactivity, KPI-driven & Business partnering mindset
Project and stakeholders management skills : organisation to manage several projects at once with different contacts
Genuine passion for helping others succeed (empathy, listening and collaboration)
Continuous growth and improvement mindset, with curiosity for learning techniques and tools
Fluency in English and Spanish is required

Interview process :
1. Interview with a recruiter - 45 min
2. Interview with Victoire (Global Sales Enablement Manager), the hiring manager - 30 minutes
3. Business case with Victoire, the Hiring Manager, and an UK SDR Manager - 60 minutes
4. Interview with Mathieu (Sales Ops Director) & Aimance (Sales Enabler) - 30 minutes
