The position is based in Barcelona .

Your role: build from scratch the best payroll solution ever designed in Spain

1- Your role is to build the best HR and Payroll solution for the Spanish market.
2- You will use our “in-house” development tool (JetLang) and you will be able to directly impact the design, prioritization and development of the product;
3- You will work together with our amazing product team and you will have a high level of autonomy.
4- The position is based within our Spanish team in Barcelona, with a possibility to work from any location as we offer a “work from anywhere” policy for more flexibility and fulfillment.

Your missions

- Integrate with our programming language developed “in-house” (JetLang) the local social laws and collective agreements from Spain in our platform;
- Build and develop the product for Spain, in close collaboration with the global team;
- Create and manage the links between the thousands of variables that make up the intelligence of the system;
- Draw the most efficient and intuitive user paths possible;
- Update permanently the product according to the evolution of the Spanish social law;
- Automate social declarations and other processes to gain scalablility.

This job has been tailored for you if...

- You have been working, at least for 1 to 3 years in the digital product field, specifically hands on experience with product development.
- Programming/coding knowledge (preferably on Javascript or Python)
- You want to contribute to UX, design and product management.
- You are used to collaborate with different stakeholders
- You are able to communicate effectively and have great problem solving skills
- Strong analytical mind;
- Taste for the intellectual challenge;
- Team player;
- Proactive & autonomous
- Eager to learn;

- Fluent in Spanish & in English.

- You have experience in product design;

1. Interview with a recruiter - 30 min

2. Interview with the hiring manager (Product Team Lead) - 45min

3. Technical test with the members of the Product Builder Team - 75 min

4. Interview with the Product Builder Manager - 30 min
